We count down the top 11 of the many, many possible annoyances about the world’s most ubiquitous coffee chain.

After a short layoff (to get the editing done on a bunch of these), we’re back with a new episode of 11 Points Countdown. On this one I’m joined by an old friend of mine, Kim Holmes, as we count down the worst things about Starbucks. It was a real bloodbath to see which of the choices would make the top 11 as there are so many worthy candidates.

  1. Waiting in line behind slow people/amateurs
  2. Overpriced
  3. Never any tables
  4. Misspelled names on cups
  5. Homeless people camp out there
